In celebration of its twentieth anniversary season, the National Lutheran Choir sponsored a composition contest for young composers. The choir is pleased to announce that “Ave Maria,” a composition by Anna Jacobs has been selected as the contest winner.

Anna JacobsJacobs’ composition was anonymously chosen from among all contest entries by David Cherwien, Music Director, with assistance from Kenneth Jennings, composer, Carolyn Jennings, composer, and Mark Lawson, President of MorningStar Music Publishers.
