Bridgit Jordan (Bookkeeper) became part of the NLC team in the summer of 2014.  She graduated from St. Olaf College with a degree in social work, then moved out of state where her MN social work license did not transfer.  She took a job with a YMCA, and eventually ended up in their accounting department.  She never looked back, and has been doing accounting for nonprofits for over 15 years.  Bridgit lives in south Minneapolis with her husband, two daughters and four cats, and enjoys baking, camping, traveling, and reading during her free time.
Tina Meckel (Executive Director) joined the NLC staff in 2009 and her tenure coincides with a doubling of the annual NLC budget since that time.  Tina reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for generating contributed income and working with the Board and the Artistic Director to determine the overall strategic direction of the organization. Tina, a graduate of Carleton College, has three decades of experience in the arts and nonprofit community, and has held leadership positions at the Dale Warland Singers and the Children’s Theatre Company.  She has also served as a fundraising consultant to organizations including American Public Media/Minnesota Public Radio, the Minnesota Children’s Museum, the Minnesota Humanities Commission and the St. Paul Conservatory for performing artists.  Tina is a lifelong singer and serves on the Board of Nautilus Music Theater.  She lives in Minneapolis with her husband, daughter and two big, shaggy dogs.
Adam Reinwald (Assistant Conductor & Community Engagement Manager) From 1998-2014, Adam was a member of the nationally-renowned male vocal ensemble, Cantus. During his tenure, Cantus was awarded the 2010 Margaret Hillis Award for Choral Excellence from Chorus America, released 17 albums on its own label and helped establish a unique collaborative working model for vocal chamber musicians. Adam has performed with Bobby McFerrin, Garrison Keillor, Keith Lockhart, Joanna Carneiro, Anne-Marie McDermott, Paul Neubauer and the Philadelphia Orchestra, and as soloist with The Boston Pops, the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra, Minnesota Orchestra, Seattle Opera, A Prairie Home Companion and the Oregon Bach Festival. He has worked as a clinician across the US as well as in Europe and Cameroon, West Africa. A graduate of St. Olaf College, Adam maintains an active voice studio in the Twin Cities, focusing on developing high school voices. He is a member of the American Choral Directors Association, Chorus America and Chorister’s Guild. ​​
Kris Rongstad (Operations Manager) comes to the NLC as a graduate of the Master of Sacred Music program at Luther Seminary, where she served as the administrative assistant of that program for 12 years. Prior to her work at Luther Seminary, Kris served as the business and personnel administrator for the St. Paul Area Council of Churches. As Operations Manager of the NLC, Kris is responsible for the implementation of all artistic initiatives including concerts, tours, commissions, recordings, the TuneUp and other programs. Kris is a graduate of St. Olaf College and sings with the Minnesota Chorale. She has two grown children and her husband is a teacher at St. Paul Academy & Summit School in St. Paul.
