Frequently Asked Questions
-
A Season Subscription, is a bundle of tickets, typically sold at a reduced price, that grants access to multiple performance dates over the course of the season.
A Single Ticket grants access to a single performance on a specific date.
-
Subscriptions and Single Tickets are non-refundable. However, Subscribers are allowed to exchange the concert they would like to attend, provided the change is made within the same season. If you would like to request a change, please contact the box office at boxoffice@nlca.com or call 612-722-2301.
-
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for tickets in the case a patron is unable to attend a performance. Your ticket can, however, be converted into a tax-deductible donation. Please contact the box office at boxoffice@nlca.com or 612-722-2301 to do this.
-
Seating for concerts is general admission for most patrons, though there is some reserved seating for Subscribers, members of the Director's Circle, and Groups.
-
We work to designate accessible seating at each venue in which we perform. Depending on the building though, spaces may be limited. Please arrive early (doors open 45 minutes before concerts) and ask and usher for assistance to find accessible seating.
-
Most performances are 75 to 90 minutes in duration and without intermission.
